One of the largest and most expensive LEGO sets ever released, the Hogwarts Express — Collector’s Edition is loaded with features for the true Potter fan. Here are some of the best.

First and foremost, the 5129-piece Lego set features 20 minifigures that any diehard Potterites will appreciate. Included among them are dementors, many Hogwarts favorites, and four different versions of Harry.

The walls of the passenger car remove to reveal three scenes from the movies, each of which is illuminated which a light-up brick. The first depicts Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s introduction in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

The second scene is from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and includes an excellent Lupin minifig where he’s mid-transformation into his werewolf form.

The last illuminated scene features Luna Lovegood and Harry in a scene from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The Luna minifig comes complete with her Spectraspecs glasses.

The final scene come from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, where Albus Severus Potter is about to leave for the wizarding school on the famed train for the first time.

The most notable (and creepy) minifigure included in the set is this excellent Dementor figure. In addition to the unique frayed fabric cape, the figure has a clear stand instead of legs to simulate its spectral movement.

For the true Harry Potter fans, there’s a bonus life-sized ticket from London to Hogwarts School of Wizardry. It’s not a part of the set, just a fun add-on for fans to enjoy.

An easter egg for the most eagle-eyed Potter fans: The luggage in the storage compartment features colors from all four of the Hogwarts houses. A careful look will see Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin all represented.
